Bespoke Entrance Structures from Clovis Canopies

Nikon, Glasgow
After a brief exchange of e-mails with the architects at Space Solutions the final touches to a development for Nikon were agreed. Designed in association with the Architects and their structural engineers this 1.9m x 5.2m wide cantilevered entrance canopy was fitted onto the beams installed by the main contractor.


Hobsons, London
This prestigious office in west London, needed to protect their clients and visitors awaiting entry, without detracting from the buildings classic architecture.
This bespoke canopy was designed to follow the soldier arch over the doorway and at the same time complementing the entrance.
The installation was carried out at the weekend to minimise disruption.


Whitehouse Road, Ipswich
Part of a refurbishment project, this a "wave form" cantilevered entrance canopy was specified. Three support tubes were attached to the building prior to the external cladding being fitted. Each support tube was set in place using the basic canopy frame as a jig.
As an alternative if the building structure is not suitable to take the imposed loads the canopy could be set on to T shape support columns with associated foundations.


Printwells, Tunbridge Wells, Kent
A pitched roof entrance canopy with integral gutters gives this new build factory and office unit a stylish and practical entrance.





Warneford Hospital, Oxford, Oxfordshire
A cantilevered entrance walkway was designed by a local architect for a refurbishment project. Two similar were installed ny Clovis Canopies with the colour matched to NHS colours.
