Specification
Mild steel framework, shot blasted, primed and two top coats to any
standard RAL or BS colour. Circular tubular columns chemically anchored
to a suitably prepared concrete base.
UV protected structured polycarbonate glazing (with 10 year guarantee)
fixed with two part glazing bar. Glazing bars are white as standard
but can be to any standard RAL or BS colour at additional charge.
Rainwater gutters are also included to eaves with downpipes supplied
to discharge at ground level.
St Joseph School, Bedford, Bedfordshire
Previously, with no outdoor covered play area this Keston structure has been installed with direct access from the classrooms, giving a bright and protected canopy 5m wide x 13m long for the primary school children to use year round.
Keston Primary School, Bromley, Kent
A Keston single pitch roof canopy formed over what was an unused courtyard
area in an infant school.
The structure measures 6m x 13m and has an opal structured polycarbonate roof. Steel framework has been painted to the Schools colour. The soft play surface was installed after construction by others.
Leintwardine School, Leintwardine, Herefordshire.
Having no outdoor play area under cover this mono pitched structure allows a protected area for use by the infant school children in all weather.
Roxeth First School, Harrow, Middlesex.
This mono pitched canopy was installed with clear triple wall polycarbonate to give a high light level to the classrooms and play area, as the surrounding area is covered with shrubs and trees.
